ABOUT THE PROCESS…

When I review your idea and the size you desire, I first make sure it is something I am able to accomplish for you. While I have executed a broad range of work, I do have a specific style and want to make sure I deliver my best work.

Any reference images or photos you have to better explain what you are looking for will be great. Please make sure they are the highest quality image if possible to ensure I get all the details. I will put together a couple different sketches for you to decide on what you like best.

Before I begin painting and we’ve agreed upon a design, a 20% deposit fee is required to cover any cancellations and confirm your request. Then will discuss the timeframe is there are other commissions ahead of you.

Timeline:

Commission work can take anywhere between 2-8 depending on size, level of detail, and difficulty. I will be able to give a better estimate once I’ve started your painting.

You will be notified of any delays and I can send updates during the process should you request them.

Postage:

I usually ship through USPS when shipping within the US and use FedEx for international shipping. Packaging and postage costs will be covered by the buyer. On average postage costs in the US are around $50-$150 and International delivery anywhere between $80-$200.

If you would like to the know the possible cost of shipping beforehand please send me your postal code and/or country and I can give you an estimate.

I will send photos of the finished piece when completed and the invoice for the final balance including postage costs. Shipping within the US usually takes 2-10 Business days depending on size. I will of course choose the most affordable option, but if you would like express delivery that can be arranged.

Returns:

Commissions are custom pieces, and therefore returns will not be accepted.
